Questioning skills will help the coaches to assess the learning of coachees and coaches can take corrective actions for further improvement.

Should be able to provide constructive feedback

The most potential quality a coach or mentor should have is to provide constructive feedback on aspects of coachees or mentees. Such feature will help the coachees or mentees to know their progress and accordingly they can take actions to improve the situation. On the other hand, a poor feedback will ruin the objectives of coaching or mentoring.
